Holiday LED Lighting Program
Available November 1-December 31, 2025*
Brighten up your holiday season with LEDs! This season consider swapping out your old incandescent string lights for bright, energy efficient LED string lights. LED decorative light strings use 96% less energy than conventional incandescent light strands and can last up to 10 times longer. From November 1 – December 31 earn up to $40 in a bill credit incentive! Save money by using LED lights and shine on! Applicants have until January 15 to submit the incentive application.

Holiday LED Light Program FAQ
Who can qualify for the Holiday LED Light Program?
This offer is available to any PWC residential time-of-use electric service customers in good standing with active electric service. Applicant must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
Do I qualify if I rent?
Yes. You do not have to be the homeowner to qualify for a bill credit incentive for this Program.
What is the bill credit amount for the Program?
Customer can receive up to $40.00 in bill credits for purchasing holiday LED light strings.

How do I qualify for a bill credit?
- Applicant must be PWC residential, TOU electric customer in good standing
- Applicant must be account holder of record
- Applicant may be a renter
- Applicant must apply for bill credit on or before January 15, 2025
- Applicant must purchase led light strings between November 1st through December 31st, 2024
- Applicant is eligible for up to $40.00 in bill credits per service address
- Account holder may apply for up to five (5) strings of lights for up to $8 per light strand purchased per household. You may mix and match the number of lights per strand, but the incentive will be limited to five (5) strings
- Submit original or copy of receipt for lights
- Applicant must submit all paperwork required of this Program
- Applicant must agree to Terms and Conditions of this Program
When will I receive my bill credit?
Bill credits will be applied within ninety (90) days of application. Only bill credits will be issued. There are no cash or check refunds.
What are the dates of the Program?
The Program runs from November 1st through December 31st, 2024. Applicants have until January 15, 2025 to submit the incentive application. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. This Program is subject to change and may end without prior notice.
Can the purchase price of the holiday LED lights be less than the incentive amount?
No. The purchase price of the holiday LED lights must be more than the incentive amount to qualify for a bill credit incentive.
Does a pre-lit tree with LED lights qualify?
Pre-lit trees, lawn ornaments and solar lights do not qualify for this Program. PWC will only bill credit plug-in holiday LED light strings.
