PWC Customer Service Moves to 955 Old Wilmington Road

Beginning Monday, November 23, 2009, PWC's Customer Service will move from Hay Street to the PWC Operations Complex at the intersection of Eastern Boulevard and Old Wilmington Road. Hours of operation will remain the same: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

The move is designed to provide greater convenience with expanded (four-lane), easy-in-and- out drive through service and more free parking. The new Customer Service Center is located on the FAST bus route and also offers preferred parking for low emitting/fuel efficient vehicles, carpool and van pool vehicles. The FAST shuttle will run every 30 minutes from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

The new building is designed to maximize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact and will be one of the first public buildings in Fayetteville to be LEED certified. LEED-Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a green building rating system that is the nationally accepted benchmark for green buildings.
