Pursuant to the provisions of N.C.G.S 160A-270, the Public Works Commission of the City of Fayetteville, NC, through a partnership with GovDeals, is offering various surplus equipment and vehicles for sale by means of electronic public auction.

Once logged on, click on "Click Here to go Directly to GovDeals Auction", click on "Advanced Search" (lower right corner of screen). Under Sellers Name type "Fayetteville Public Works, NC", then click search. This will display the current items on auction.

All sales will be "as is, where is" and payment will be due within five business days of the Final Bid Award.
