Renowned Glass Harpist Jamey Turner

Join PWC at 4th Friday on April 28 at the Fayetteville/Cumberland County Arts Council's for the largest art show of the year and special musical guest, Jamey Turner, renowned Glass Harpist.

The "Public Works" art exhibit is an annual show featuring unique works from local artist of all ages. Turner, who has performed before presidents and with the National Symphony Orchestra and who has been called the world's best by National Geographic magazine, will perform from 7-10 pm at the Arts Coucil. He will have repeat
performances on Saturday, April 29 at the Dogwood Festival at
1:30 pm and 2:30 pm. Performances will also be held at the Arts Council.

At 4th Friday, PWC employees will also be on hand to help you learn more about the water you drink, where it comes from and how you can preserve this previous resource. Our watershed education program will help you build an edible watershed! You can receive your very own Fattrapper! Watch a robotic camera scan our water lines! Get your own construction hat from Art-The Public Works Guy! Visit with Willy Water Drop and his cousin-Stormee! Taste the best tasting water in NC and see how 5th grader Mattie Vorder Buregge won the regional science fair with her project on the Cape Fear River.
