Management Group
General Responsibilities: General management; includes other Division Officers and Special Projects Manager; Human resources including personnel acquisition, retention, termination, training and medical review.Public Relations including internal and external communications, media relations and community relations.

Electric Group
General Responsibilities: Complete oversight and responsibility for the electric system facilities, operations and performance including generation, transmission and distribution of power; Design, construction, maintenance and operation of the generation plant, transmission plant and distribution plant facilities.

Water Group
General Responsibilities: Complete oversight and responsibility for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of water treatment and wastewater treatment plants as well as collection and distribution facilities.

Financial Group
General Responsibilities: Complete oversight and responsibility for the financial, customer service and budgeting of the company; all accounting and billing functions; All customer service administration, records, credit, and cashiering; Risk management including insurance, safety, environmental and claims; rates, projections; metering services; electric and water meter testing, installation and removal including meter reading and tampering.

Administrative Group
General Responsibilities: Complete oversight and responsibility for company-wide materials management, facilities and equipment maintenance, special projects, communication systems and computer information systems; Purchasing, warehousing, delivery and material repair shop; Maintenance of all buildings, grounds, vehicles and equipment of the company; telecommunication systems including telephone, radio, paging, fiber optics and new ventures; Computer systems including hardware, software, programming and reliability; programs and planning for electric, water and sewer services for the PWC system.
