The following are options for paying your PWC bill.

Customer Service Center
PWC accepts cash, check, and money order payments at 955 Old Wilmington Road location. Customers paying by credit card at the 955 Old Wilmington Road location must use our lobby courtesy phone to access Speedpay*. Night depository for payment is also provided. However, payments placed in the depository during normal working hours will not be processed until the following scheduled work day.

Payment by Phone*
PWC accepts checks and credit cards by phone at (910) 483-1382 or by calling SpeedPay Corp. at 1-866-735-7743.

Automatic Bank Draft
If you are interested in PWC's Electronic Bank Draft Payment System, you may contact our bank draft representative at (910) 223-4134.

Equal Payment Option
PWC offers an Equal Payment Option that allows customers to pay equal monthly payments based on previous consumption history, to sign up or learn more about the plan, call (910) 483-1382.

Payment Extensions
Provisions are made to extend due dates on a case by case basis depending on individual credit history, justification, or need. Extensions may be requested in our office located at 955 Old Wilmington Road, or by calling the PWC Call Center at (910) 483-1382.

Late Payment Notification
Our automated telephone system will call a customer should their payment not be received prior to their due date. These calls will be made during the evening hours Monday through Saturday. Customers may sign up for this program in the office or by calling the PWC Call Center at (910) 483-1382.

Western Union
Ten Western Union locations offer payment options seven days a week for customers.
Cash-only payments are accepted and payments are applied to customers' accounts the same day. Western Union applies a fee for accepting and processing the payment.
