The PWC Board has adopted revised deposits, fees and charges. The new deposits, fees and charges are special fees that apply to specific situations. They are designed to pass along the cost of providing a specific service to the user not spreading the cost among all customers through rates.

The new fees will be effective date March 1, 2007, with the exception of the street lighting charge that will be phased in on May 1, 2007 and May 1, 2008.

o New Service Fees include:

New service during normal business hours	$20
Returned Check Charge	$25
Meter Testing	electric-$50/water $85
Disconnection Attempt Fee	$20

o Water and Sewer Fees were updated including residential water and sewer main charges, service laterals and vaults.

o Electric fees updated included service conversions and area lighting pole upgrades and relocation.

o Community Street lighting as of May 1, 2007 will increase from $1.75 to $2.04. It will increase again in May 2008 to $2.23.
