ESTABLISHING SERVICE

To establish new residential service with PWC, an individual may simply call the PWC Customer Service at (910) 483-1382 and provide basic information or come into our office located at 955 Old Wilmington Rd. For established customers, services such as lawn sprinkler meters and area lights can also be arranged over the phone.

Transfer Service
Are you relocating? Transferring any of your utility services is as simple as one phone call (910) 483-1382. Customers are reminded that a $20 connection fees applies to all transferred services.

Inquire About Current Service
Need to check your due date or verify a payment? PWC offers 24-hour automated account information over the phone (910) 483-1382 and on the PWC website. You can access your current account information (i.e. account balance, due date or payment verification) around the clock. Your account number is all you need. You can even request duplicate bills, usage history and payment extensions. To request an extension through the automated system, an account must have a good credit history. Otherwise, you must speak to a Customer Service Representative.
