Sewer Installation Begins in Brentwood Neighborhood

Installation of sanitary sewer in the Brentwood area begins the week of July 9, 2007. PWC has contracted with ES&J Enterprises, Inc. of Autryville to install sanitary sewer services to 143 residents in this area. The estimated completion of this project is January 2008.

During the first month of construction the following streets are scheduled for installation: McDougal Drive (6022-5962), Thatford Court, McDougal Drive (5962-5952), and Manor Haven Court. View construction schedule

Brentwood is Project 1 of Phase 5 Annexation utility installation. It involves the LaGrange and Brentwood neighborhoods. The project will install sanitary sewer services to over 1,100 homes and is estimated to cost $11 million. Two local engineering and design firms: Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel, Inc. and McKim & Creed P.A. have designed the installation improvements for Project 1. The Project has been divided into five areas and will be constructed separately.
