Project People Who Care is a joint effort between the Cumberland County Salvation Army and PWC. Through this project, PWC customers can provide donations that will be used to assist area residents in need with the payment of their electricity bills throughout the entire year. To do this, just add the amount of the donation to your PWC bill payment and mark it in the space provided. Project People Who Care funding will be administered by the Salvation Army to make sure your contributions reach the people who need it most. If every PWC customer provides even a small contribution, we can keep hundreds of families in need from having to make the difficult choice between paying their electric bill or buying food or medicine. Since its inception, PWC customers have contributed more than $160,000 to help families throughout our community.
