Project
1 of the Phase 5 Annexation utility installation involves the LaGrange
and Brentwood neighborhoods. The project will install sanitary sewer
services to over 1,100 homes and is estimated to cost $11 million.
Two local engineering and design firms: Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel,
Inc. and McKim & Creed P.A. have designed the installation improvements
for Project 1. The Project has been divided into five areas and
will be constructed separately. Design is complete for all areas
of Project 1 and construction is scheduled to begin in the Brentwood and LaGrange areas in
2007. |
