REPORT EMERGENCY / STORM CENTRAL

To report an outage, please call 1-877-OUR-PWC1 or 1-877-687-7921. This phone number is for for emergencies only, not for account related questions.

You can also stay connected to PWC by following us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/faypwc), Twitter (www.twitter.com/faypwc), and Nixle (www.nixle.com).

At PWC, our emergency plan of operations is in place -- ready to implement on a moment's notice. Rest assured if we do experience utility outages due to severe weather or other emergencies, PWC crews will work around the clock to restore power and water as quickly as possible to all our customers.

Hurricane season is June-November. Because of its close proximity to the coast, Fayetteville is easily affected by hurricanes which reach North Carolina. Prior to the storm, PWC takes precautions and prepares for the threat of bad weather.

For the safety of our crews our buckets cannot be in the air when sustained wind speeds are 30+ mph.  Our crews will continue to respond during that time, but cannot perform work that requires use of a bucket until the winds die down.

We'd like to take this opportunity to offer the following reminders to ensure your emergency plan is in place as well.
