Commissioner Darsweil Rogers


Darsweil L. Rogers was appointed to the PWC Board in Sept. 2013 and was reappointed to a second four-year term expiring Sept. 2021. He served as Chair in 2015-16 and 2018-19.   

Rogers is an entrepreneur, consultant and coach with over 30 years of experience advising management teams and running businesses. He is Partner and Co-Founder of CFP Innovation, an advisory firm providing consulting, training and research to clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging growth enterprises.

He has spent extensive time studying the nature of human interaction, including the fields of neuro-linguistic programming and neuroscience and their application in the areas of improved personal and team communication as well as in developing leadership and management capacity. He is certified in behavioral analysis and driving forces (motivations) analysis and how they impact individuals and teams. He developed curriculum certified by the International Consortium of Agile in Talent and is an XScale Alliance Business Agility Coach.

Rogers and his colleagues are thought leaders on the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution and generational change on organizations. They are also leaders in assisting clients in transforming to an agile culture and business model.

Prior to starting his own firm, Rogers spent over two decades on Wall Street as an executive, corporate lender and strategist with JP Morgan Chase & Co.  In other activities, Rogers previously was interim President & CEO of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber and is active in various other organizations. A graduate of Howard University, Darsweil was the executive coaching resource for the Howard University Executive MBA Program. He also has a weekly radio talk show, “Grow Your Business Today,” on WIDU 99.7 FM and  widu1600.com, interviewing business trendsetters and providing valuable insights on diverse topics impacting business and economic activity.
