Managing Past Due Account Balances
On July 29, North Carolina Executive Order 142 that suspended utility disconnections because of COVID-19, will expire. Customers are responsible for all charges for all utilities consumed and once the executive order ends, customers will have up to six months to pay past due balances.
PWC will be setting up 6-month payment plans to help customers manage unpaid bills. Please note, if Executive Order 142 expires as scheduled, the first payment of past due balances will be due in August along with your current bill.
