Payment Plan Directive Initiated

General Manager David Trego has issued a directive that provides procedures for  administering six-month payment plans for past-due residential utility bills as a result of COVID-19.  The directive, issued August 10, 2020,  makes temporary changes to PWC’s Service Regulations and associated procedures in order to allow compliance with Governor Cooper’s Executive Orders 124 and 142.  The PWC Board gave Trego the authority to issue temporary changes in a Commission action on May 27, 2020.

Six-month payments plans have been established for all residential customers  with past due balances.  The first installment of the payment plan will appear on August bills and will be due with the current bill.  A customer may pay early some or all of the balance due. To ensure early payment is properly allocated, customers must contact PWC at 910-483-1382 or customer.service@faypwc.com.
