“Sustainability’s the Only Possibility” Video Contest

The “Sustainability is the Only Possibility” Video Contest sponsored by Fayetteville PWC seeks imaginative directors of all ages to create a video of how you’re helping our environment with electric and/or water conservation. Use your creativity & win!   Videos can be animated, commercial, documentary, music video, narrative, or PSA – the sky’s the limit!

Who Can Enter? Contest is open to residents of Fayetteville-Cumberland County. You can enter more than once, as long as all entries meet the contest rules.

How to Enter?  Create a fantastic film fitting the “Sustainability is the Only Possibility” theme and then complete the (Entry Form) to enter.  Deadline to enter is midnight September 6, 2018. No purchase necessary.

Video Requirements:

  • 2 minutes in length Max
  • Submit in .MP4 or. MOV format.
  • No content accepted that will constitute copyright infringement (music, logos, etc).
  • Any content deemed inappropriate will not be accepted.

How it Works:

It’s simple!  Entries will be available for viewing and voting on the PWC YouTube Channel beginning September 10, 2018.   PWC will promote (you can too!) and the videos that receive the most YouTube ‘likes’ by September 28 wins!

Grandprize winners receive VIP passes to the Indigo Moon Film Festival and other cool prizes.  Other top vote-getters will win cool prizes too!  Best of all, winning videos will be viewed during the 2018 Indigo Moon Film Festival held October 12-14 in Downtown Fayetteville.  In addition, films may be used in PWC conservation promotions.
