Help Residents Access Rebates That May Improve Your Properties

Major upgrades can be expensive, especially when multiple rental units need attention. Energy Saver NC gives qualifying residents a way to apply for rebate-supported improvements that may also benefit your properties.
Your role is simple: share the opportunity, point residents to the right next step, and review landlord approval requirements if a resident qualifies for work in one of your units.
PWC is sharing this information to help connect property managers, landlords, and residents with Energy Saver NC resources.

Landlord approval helps confirm that eligible work may be completed in the rental unit if a resident’s project moves forward.
- Share the opportunity with residents who may qualify
- Point residents to the official program information and application process
- Review landlord approval requirements if needed
