Online Account Manager &
NEW Mobile App

  • ATTENTION PWC APP USERS:  We are working to resolve an issue with the PWC App for Apple device users.  We expect the issue to be resolved by mid-December.  During that time, you may receive an error message that the PWC App is not available or that your bill cannot be displayed on your device.  We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to correct it.

  • If using debit/credit card, there is a tiered fee structure based on the total transaction amount (transaction cap will remain $25,000):
    • Transaction Total: Convenience Fee
      • $1 – $2,000: $2.50
      • $2,001 – $10,000: $10.00
      • $10,001 – $25,000: 2.75% of transaction total

Customer Service

  • Cash, check, & money order payments accepted in person (ATM onsite – bank convenience fee applies)
  • Night depository for payment dropoff (payments deposited during normal business hours will not be processed until the following scheduled work day)

24/7 Self-Service Pay Station

  • 24/7 Self-Service Pay Station
  • The pay station is located in the far-right drive-thru lane of PWC’s Customer Service Center
  • Pay station accepts payments by cash, check, credit, or debit card
  • Payments made at the pay station are immediately applied to the account
  • The pay station will not return change, so any over-payments to an account will be applied as a credit

Western Union

  • Use any location world-wide, seven days a week*
  • Cash-only
  • Customer must provide PWC account number
  • Small fee applied by WU for accepting and processing the payment

*Payments may not post to account on the same day

Automatic Bank Draft

  • Payments drafted automatically each month on bill’s due date
  • Still receive a bill, but it’s marked “do not pay”

Payment Extensions

  • Extensions awarded on a case-by-case basis depending on individual credit history, justification, or need

Late Payment Notification

  • Automated call to customer if payment not received prior to due date
  • Calls made during the evening hours, Monday through Saturday

Change Your Bill Due Date

  • Select the date range your bill will be due to fit your schedule
  • You can change the due date of your bill once per year
