PWC offers a variety of payment options for our customers, including our Pay-by-Text option and select Food Lions that accept payments through Western Union.

eBill:

Online Account Manager:

Pay-By-Text:

  • Receive payment alert text message approximately 5 days before bill is due
  • Fast and secure payment
  • Environmentally friendly and convenient
  • No fees charged for account setup to pay using bank routing/account information
  • Fee applies if customers use debit cards

Speedpay:

  • (866) 735-7743
  • Checks & debit/credit card payments accepted
  • Cardholder must provide the zipcode of the billing address for the card
  • $3.50 convenience fee applies

Customer Service:

  • Telephone – 8am-8pm, M-F (excluding holidays)
  • In Person – 8:30am-5:30pm, M-F (excluding holidays)
  • Cash, check, & money order payments accepted in person (ATM onsite – bank convenience fee applies)
  • Debit/credit card payments – Speedpay only ($3.50 convenience fee applies)
  • Night depository for payment dropoff (payments deposited during normal business hours will not be processed until the following scheduled work day)

Western Union:

  • Use any location world-wide, seven days a week
  • Cash-only
  • Payments applied to customers’ accounts the same day
  • Customer must provide PWC account number
  • Small fee applied by WU for accepting and processing the payment

Automatic Bank Draft:

  • Payments drafted automatically each month on bill’s due date
  • Still receive a bill, but it’s marked “do not pay”

Equal Payment Option:

  • Pay equal monthly payments
  • Based on previous consumption history

Payment Extensions:

  • May be requested at the Customer Payment Center or by calling (910) 483-1382
  • Extensions awarded on a case-by-case basis depending on individual credit history, justification, or need

Late Payment Notification:

  • Automated call to customer if payment not received prior to due date
  • Calls made during the evening hours, Monday through Saturday
  • Sign up at the Customer Payment Center or calling (910) 483-1382
