Billing Options
Online Account Manager

- Payments accepted by Bill2Pay
- No convenience fees if using bank account and routing number to pay.
- If using debit/credit card, there is a tiered fee structure based on the total transaction amount (transaction cap will remain $25,000):
- Transaction Total: Convenience Fee
- $1 – $2,000: $2.25
- $2,001 – $10,000: $10.00
- $10,001 – $25,000: 2.75% of transaction total
- Transaction Total: Convenience Fee
Mobile App
- ALERT: Customers have reported they are unable to install the mobile app on the latest Android phones. PWC is working as quickly as possible to update the app so it is compatible with the new Androids. A new version of the PWC mobile app will be available soon.

Phone Payment-Bill2Pay

24/7 Self-Service Pay Station
- 24/7 Self-Service Pay Station
- Located in the far-right drive-thru lane at PWC’s Customer Service Center
- Accepts payments by cash, check, credit/debit card
- Payments immediately applied to the account
- The pay station will not return change, so any over-payments to an account will be applied as a credit
Customer Service
- Call Center: 7am-8pm, Mon-Fri (excluding holidays)
- Customer Service Center: Walk-in service temporarily closed due to COVID-19; 24/7 Payment Kiosk and Drive-thru service available
- Cash, check, & money order payments accepted
- Night depository for payment dropoff (payments deposited during normal business hours will not be processed until the following scheduled work day). PLEASE NOTE: Effective Oct. 1, 2024, PWC will no longer accept payments using the night depository. If you choose to pay in person, PWC’s drive-thru is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can also pay at the Self-Service Pay Station – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – located in the far-right drive thru lane.

Western Union
- Use any WU Quick Collect location world-wide, seven days a week
- Cash-only
- Customer must provide PWC account number
- Minimal fee applied by WU for accepting and processing the payment, along with required signature for payment receipt when applicable
- Payments may not post to account on the same day
Automatic Bank Draft (Autopay)
- Payments drafted automatically each month on bill’s due date
- Still receive a bill, but it’s marked “do not pay”

- Calls made during the evening hours, Monday through Saturday
Change Your Bill Due Date
- Select the date range your bill will be due to fit your schedule
- You can change the due date of your bill once per year
