PWC Closed for Independence Day Holiday

PWC’s Customer Service Drive-Thru and Administrative Offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence Day.   

Regular utility business hours will resume on Monday, July 6, 2026.   

To report service interruptions during this time, PWC customers are asked to call (910) 483-1382. Customers wishing to make a bill payment have several options, such as the utility’s Online Account Manager. To see all the PWC payment options, visit www.FayPWC.com/PayOptions/.
