Customer Satisfaction Survey Underway

PWC’s next Customer Satisfaction Survey is underway.  Here are some details about the survey and a sample of what it looks like:

  • The survey is being conducted by Escalent, an independent public opinion research firm, on behalf of PWC.  We conduct this survey at least twice a year.
  • A random selection of Residential and Commercial Customers will be sent an email survey (example below). 
  • Depending on the response rate, some Commercial customers may receive a survey by phone.   
  • Customers who complete the survey by their listed date, will be entered into drawings for Visa gift cards (winners drawn at random).

At Fayetteville PWC, we value feedback from our customers.  To help us best meet your future power and water needs we are working with Escalent, an independent public opinion research firm, to conduct a survey of our customers.

To ensure that our results represent all Fayetteville PWC customers, it is important that we receive your candid responses. 

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  If you need to pause the survey, you can return later using the same link and pick up where you left off.

As a “thank you” for completing our survey, you can enter a drawing for one of six Visa gift cards (one 250 dollar grand prize or one of five 50 dollar prizes).  Six winners will be selected at random.*

The survey and the sweepstakes drawing are being conducted by Escalent, an independent public opinion research firm, on behalf of Fayetteville PWC.  Please be assured that your participation in this survey is voluntary.  Your responses, along with information that identifies you personally, may be shared with Fayetteville PWC, but only for purposes of research-related analysis.
