Georgette Miller Joins PWC as Chief Legal Officer

Georgette Miller joined PWC as Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel on Feb. 5, 2024. In addition to her successful career as an attorney across multiple jurisdictions, Miller has notable experience as an entrepreneur, business leader, and philanthropist.

In each of these varying roles, Miller has leveraged her ability to partner with internal and external clients to identify and solve complex challenges, mitigate risk, and drive growth. She practiced with some of the largest international and national law firms in the United States, serving as inhouse counsel at a significant real estate investment trust.

Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law, and Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law. Additionally, she is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Process Management Master Certificate holder.
