The Fayetteville Public Works Commission’s customer service drive-thru and administrative offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.  Regular utility business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. 

To report service interruptions during this time, PWC customers are asked to call (910) 483-1382. Customers wishing to make a bill payment have several options, such as the utility’s Online Account Manager. To see all the options, visit www.FayPWC.com/PayOptions/.
