Water Heaters are Getting SMARTER

PWC offers an incentive program to help you save on heating your water. The Peak Savings Electric Water Heater Program helps you conserve electricity – and save money – with a FREE Aquanta smart water heater device when you sign up! During Peak Time-of-Use hours, the Aquanta smart water heater device will turn off to participants’ electric water heaters using an algorithm. Depending on how much hot water you use, the hot water stored in the tank will still stay warm and available for use.

Time-of-Use Peak hours for Summer are from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. every day, 7 days a week (April – October). Click here to learn more about how to sign up
