PWC will mail you a postcard a few weeks prior to your scheduled installation date. The postcard is to inform you that crews will be in your neighborhood soon. The day of installation, workers will leave a door hanger after your new meter has been installed. If for some reason, PWC cannot get access to your meter, you will receive a door hanger notifying you of the situation. As long as the meter is accessible, you don’t need to do anything. Each meter replacement will take about 1-5 minutes, and your service(s) will go off briefly during installation.
